A warm and active family in Mill Valley, California is seeking a dedicated Live-In Nanny to care for their two children, ages 6 and 4. This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday for approximately 45 hours per week, ideal for an experienced childcare professional who enjoys creating a structured yet fun environment for school-aged children. Responsibilities include managing the children’s daily routines and schedules, organizing and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities, and supporting homework, reading, and educational development. The nanny will also prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, assist with school preparation, and drive the children to activities, appointments, and outings. The ideal candidate is proactive, nurturing, and confident in encouraging positive behaviour, good manners, and independence, while maintaining clear communication and working collaboratively as part of a household team.
The family is seeking a reliable and confident driver with a clean driving record, and candidates with a background in childcare, education, or a related field are highly desirable.
