A family in Milford, Michigan is seeking a full-time nanny to support their three children, including a newborn and two school-aged children. This Monday–Friday position (11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) is ideal for an experienced nanny who enjoys caring for children at different stages and can confidently balance infant care with the busy schedules of older children. The family is looking for someone who is warm, reliable, and genuinely enjoys becoming an important part of a family’s day-to-day life.
While the older children will be at school for much of the day, the primary focus during school hours will be caring for the newborn and helping establish healthy routines during those important early months. In the afternoons, the role shifts to supporting the older children’s schedules, activities, and after-school needs. The family would love to find someone who is proactive, organized, and happy to plan outings and activities that keep the children engaged, active, and having fun.
Responsibilities:
Providing full care and support for all three children
Managing primary daytime care for the newborn, including feeding, naps, and developmental activities
School pick-ups and drop-offs for the older children
Supporting after-school routines, homework guidance, and activities
Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and enriching experiences
Encouraging developmental milestones and learning opportunities for the newborn
Preparing snacks and meals for the children as needed
Maintaining organization of children’s belongings, schedules, and supplies
Keeping children’s spaces tidy and well-organized
Traveling with the family when required and providing consistent childcare while away
Communicating regularly with parents regarding schedules, routines, and the children’s progress
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Compensation: $38+ per hour
