We are a warm German/Italian family based in Milan seeking an experienced and caring German-speaking Live-in Nanny to support our growing household, caring for our 3-year-old and our newborn expected in June. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and able to naturally incorporate the language into daily routines, while providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children. Responsibilities include engaging the toddler in educational and creative activities, supporting early development, assisting with newborn care, and maintaining consistent routines. The role also involves light household assistance related to the children, helping to keep living areas tidy and organized. One parent works from home, so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside a parent and maintaining a professional yet flexible approach. Regular travel across Europe is part of the role, so adaptability and willingness to travel are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and experienced with both toddlers and infants, bringing a calm and positive presence to the home. We need help Monday to Friday for approximately 50 hours per week. Salary up to €20/hr.
