Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive infant care, ensuring consistent German language exposure throughout the day to promote natural bilingual development, and establishing and maintaining developmentally appropriate routines around feeding, sleep, and play. The nanny will actively support early cognitive, emotional, and physical milestones through thoughtful, age-appropriate stimulation and structured activities. Maintaining an organised, calm, and nurturing nursery environment is essential, along with collaborating professionally and confidently with first-time parents to provide reassurance, guidance, and clear communication. This is a live-in position, offering a private bedroom and ensuite bathroom, working 5 days per week, approximately 50 hours per week.
