A high-profile family residing in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny (female) to provide exceptional care for their three young children, aged 4 to 6. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, capable of working alongside other nannies, maintaining a positive attitude, and creating a calm and fun environment for the children. This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of $90,000-$110,000 per year, has a live-in option which would be inclusive of food and lodging; standard schedule with 5 days on, 2 days off. Florida candidates are preferred and will be selected first, but family is open to out of state qualified candidates as well.

Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing and attentive care for three young children, aged 4-6, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
Prepare regular meals for the children, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
Engage in age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational exercises.
Collaborate with other nannies to ensure a cohesive and harmonious childcare environment.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning up after the children and keeping their living areas tidy.
Manage children’s laundry and ironing.
Follow instructions provided by the family and adhere to established routines.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a nanny for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families.
Must be college educated, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree (bonus if degree is in psychology or early childhood education).
Must be discrete and live a private life (social media profiles on private, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to care for multiple children simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to properly teach and discipline children.
Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the children when needed.
US passport for occasional family travel (3-4 times a year).
Energetic and physically active, able to keep up with the children’s energy levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
A humble and teachable attitude, willing to follow instructions and adapt to family preferences.
