A family in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a full-time live-in or live-out nanny to care for their three children: a toddler and two school-aged children. The primary focus of the role will be the toddler during the day, while also providing support to the older children as needed. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and confident working collaboratively alongside a parent who is home, contributing to a positive, structured, and engaging environment for the children.
Key responsibilities include managing the toddler’s daily routine, planning age-appropriate activities, supporting learning and development, and assisting with the school-aged children as required. Additional duties may include light tidying, children’s laundry, and organising play and bedroom areas. The nanny must be comfortable swimming, hold a valid driver’s license, and have their own car, as flexibility and mobility are essential.
The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required. Compensation is $35 per hour, and for live-in candidates, a private guesthouse on the property is provided.
