A private family based in Merrimac, Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned, professional nanny to support the care and development of their two children, ages 7 and 4. The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, and confident managing school-age and preschool routines while creating a structured, engaging, and positive environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting morning and afternoon routines, engaging the children in enriching, screen-free activities, and helping foster creativity, independence, and healthy development. The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children, along with light household duties related to the kids such as laundry, dishes, and tidying their spaces. Driving is an important part of the role, transporting the children to and from activities using a provided family vehicle.
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (guaranteed)
$80,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional nanny
Experience caring for school-age and preschool children
Strong ability to plan engaging, screen-free activities
Confident managing daily routines and transitions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Comfortable driving children using a provided vehicle
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable with light child-related household tasks
Strong references required
