Full time nanny needed for a professional, loving family with two children ages 5 years old and 20 months old. The 5-year-old is in school just over a mile away, while the toddler is at home. Seeking a dedicated, professional nanny who can provide a nurturing and structured environment for the children. Looking for a long term commitment.
Responsibilities:
Childcare:
School drop-off/pickup for the 5-year-old at 8:00 AM and 2:50 PM (walking distance or using the family’s SUV).
Engage in activities like nature exploration, music, physical activities, and creative play with both children.
Provide a warm and structured environment to help the children learn, develop, and thrive.
Meal Preparation and Clean-Up:
Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
Clean up after meals and maintain organization in the children’s spaces, encouraging their involvement in tidying up.
Light Household Duties:
Help with tasks such as loading/unloading the dishwasher, managing kids’ laundry, and maintaining a tidy and organized household.
Assist with other small household tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving an SUV (family car provided for transportation of the children).
Own Vehicle: While you are not required to transport children in your personal car, having your own vehicle is a hard requirement for commuting to/from work.
CPR Certification: Must have up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (45 hours per week, with flexibility to 5:00 PM as needed)
Pay: $26-$32 per hour, based on qualifications
