A family in Melrose, MA is seeking a caring and experienced nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. The family is looking for a professional who has strong knowledge of infant development and enjoys supporting babies through their earliest milestones, someone calm, attentive, and confident in providing high-quality newborn care in a nurturing and structured environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining the baby’s feeding and sleep schedule, bottle preparation and cleaning, diapering, bathing, and ensuring overall hygiene and comfort. The nanny will also support age-appropriate developmental activities such as tummy time, sensory play, and early engagement to encourage healthy growth. Additional duties include managing baby-related laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and organized, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding the baby’s daily routine, progress, and needs.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, plus benefits.
Candidates must hold current CPR/First Aid certification and be up to date on vaccinations.
