Our client is seeking a rotational live-out Nanny to join their family in McLean, VA, starting August 2025. The family includes two high-energy boys (ages 2 and 5) and will welcome a newborn in late 2025. Both parents work from home and are hands-on with their children.
Key Responsibilities:
Full care of two active boys (ages 2 & 5); infant support expected starting late 2025
Manage routines, meals, naps, and developmentally appropriate activities
Prepare and pack for domestic and international travel
Maintain detailed records of schedules, belongings, routines, and logistics
Support the parents as a reliable and collaborative “mother’s helper”
Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
