Responsibilities:
Personalized Twin Care: Deliver attentive, individualized care that nurtures each child’s development, supporting sibling connection and balanced routines.
Curriculum & Activity Design: Create and lead Waldorf- or Montessori-inspired lessons and sensory-rich activities that integrate emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Routine Management: Maintain consistent daily rhythms (meals, naps, potty training, bedtime), including during travel. Prepare wholesome, organic meals and snacks tailored to toddlers.
Travel Coordination: Join the family on domestic and international trips; pack, organize, and set up calm, safe learning spaces in each location.
Emotional Support: Provide gentle guidance during developmental milestones and transitions using respectful parenting techniques and positive discipline.
Progress Monitoring: Track and communicate developmental insights and milestones with clarity and professionalism.
