Marylebone, London – A delightful and friendly family of 3 are looking for a French-speaking daily Nanny to care for their 8-month-old daughter! Mum will be returning to work in January after maternity leave and the family would love to have someone in place before Mum is scheduled to return to work. The Nanny would be asked to provide a varied and rich learning opportunity to encourage the child to prosper and develop.
Working Days: Monday-Friday (Mon-Weds 7.30-7.30, Thurs 7.30-1.30, Fri 3.30-7.30)
General duties:
- Support the child’s learning of speaking French
- Maintaining child’s routine and make suggestion when necessary e.g. scheduling nap times
- Providing engaging activities to encourage development
- Attending and sourcing activities – family are 10 mins from Hyde & Regents Park
- Prepare meals and light snacks for the children – taking into consideration a nutritious and balanced diet
- Tidy play areas and child’s bedrooms
- Nurture and care for child
- Co-creating our parental “values” with us and helping to infuse them in everything we do
- General nursery duties
Candidate Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 year previous experience looking after toddlers
- Have a deep interest in child development at different age stages
- Be very proactive & creative in thinking of fun playtime activities!
- Have a passion for healthy eating & cooking
- Enjoy keeping spaces clean and tidy
- Be agile and active
- Be fluent in French & English
- Be nurturing and kind, bringing positive energy to everything you do
