A lovely family in Marylebone is looking for a caring and experienced full-time live-out baby nanny to join them from January 2027. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and has a strong understanding of newborn care and early developmental milestones. The family is looking for a nanny who is warm, attentive, and confident creating a calm, nurturing environment where their baby can grow, learn, and thrive.
This is a sole-charge position, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing the baby’s daily routine while keeping parents updated on milestones and progress. The role is focused entirely on the child, and the family would love to find someone who enjoys getting down on the floor to play, encourages learning through everyday activities, and brings a thoughtful, proactive approach to childcare.
Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive care for a young baby.
Manage and maintain the baby’s daily routines, including feeding, naps, and playtime.
Support early development through age-appropriate activities, sensory play, and stimulation.
Keep the nursery, toys, bottles, and baby equipment clean and organised.
Complete all standard nursery duties, including the baby’s laundry and keeping the baby’s areas tidy.
Prepare for and encourage each new developmental stage in a safe and engaging way.
Communicate regularly with parents about routines, milestones, and the baby’s progress.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–7:30pm
Salary: £55,000 gross per annum (GPA)
Start Date: January 2027
