A warm and welcoming family in Marblehead, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their two young daughters, aged 5 months and 2.5 years. This role is ideal for a nurturing, reliable, and proactive childcare professional who can create a safe, engaging, and structured environment while supporting the children’s early development. The family is looking for someone passionate about early childhood, who can foster curiosity, growth, and confidence through daily interaction and play.
The nanny will be responsible for full childcare duties, including planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the children spend time outdoors daily, and maintaining a flexible but consistent routine. Additional responsibilities include managing the children’s laundry, preparing meals and snacks, and maintaining a tidy environment by handling general cleanup and organising play areas. The ideal candidate will provide attentive care while encouraging learning, social development, and healthy routines for both children.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Rate is $35+ per hour.
