Minneapolis, MN – A family in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking a nurturing and dependable full-time nanny to care for their baby boy, who will be 6 months old when the position begins in September 2026. One parent works from home, and the family is hoping to find someone who can confidently follow and support their established routines while creating a calm, engaging, and loving environment for their child.
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of daily infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, naps, and engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities throughout the day. The ideal candidate will understand infant milestones and enjoy supporting early growth through play, interaction, and consistent routines. In addition to childcare, the role includes light household tasks related to the baby, such as bottle preparation, washing and sterilizing bottles, laundry, washing dishes, and keeping feeding and play areas clean and organized.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The family is looking for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative home environment while maintaining professionalism and independence throughout the day.
The pay rate for this position is $25 per hour.
