UHNW family based in Malibu, CA is seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for their 3-year-old child. This position is primarily based in Malibu, with frequent travel to Las Vegas and New York City. The household is fully staffed, so a collaborative, team-oriented mindset is essential. The ideal candidate is travel-ready, knowledgeable in early childhood development, and genuinely passionate about creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, independence, and emotional growth.
Responsibilities include providing attentive, hands-on care; planning enriching play and learning experiences; preparing healthy snacks and meals; grocery shopping; running occasional family errands; managing child-related laundry; and maintaining tidy, organized play areas. While the primary focus is the child, occasional light tidying in support of the household team is appreciated.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the family offers paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. While working in Las Vegas and New York City, separate private housing accommodations are provided. This role is open to local Los Angeles candidates only and offers competitive compensation up to $55 per hour.
