High profile family is seeking a full-time live-in Nanny/ Tutor who will join them on their world travels all through India and other places for an entire year! Candidate must have the ability to travel whenever needed (traveling will be both domestic and international), a valid US passport is required. Nanny will look after couple’s 9 year old daughter, as well as assist her with her home schooling/ daily homework, etc. The Ideal candidate will be discreet and private. Parents prioritize good manners and kindness with their daughter, so Nanny must be well versed with good manners and etiquette. Other traits that are required for this role include:
The family is very active, and their daughter is an athlete. The individual should be an early riser and be able to keep up with their active lifestyle (hike, ski, etc.).
– Have an education background, as individual is expected to tutor daughter daily.
– Someone who is patient and kind, and will be comforting to child whenever they are upset or get hurt. As well as be enthusiastic and care about the child’s needs.
– Creative or an artistic individual is a huge plus.
– Must have excellent organizational skills, as cleanliness is a priority.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have a valid US passport
• Bachelors degree, preferably and education background
• 5+ years of hands-on experience looking after young children (no exception)
• 2+ years tutoring and assisting children with home work
• Fluent in English and an effective communicator
• Must be able to work flexible shifts that may include weekends and evenings on occasion
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Physical stamina and mobility. Family is very active and this is important.
