Our client, a single parent with a busy executive job in Los Altos, California, is searching for a reliable and dedicated Rota Nanny to care for their 3 children aged 7, 5, and 3. The family values creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the nanny will be considered as part of the extended family. The ideal candidate should be committed to working with the Principal and will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals, including a part-time housekeeper.
The successful candidate should have at least five years of experience working with high-profile families and should be comfortable with supporting the Principal as a partner in the care of the children. They should be willing to assist with tasks such as children’s laundry and errands while the children are at school, and some travel may be required.
The nanny will have 3 hours of personal time during the week while the children are in school, which will increase to 5 hours in September. However, the nanny should be prepared to provide care for the children if they are sick or out of school during this time. There may be occasional requests for personal assistant-type tasks during this time as well.

- Relocation: This position is open to candidates around the USA; relocation assistance is offered if needed. Fly in and fly out is possible for candidates who are willing to do a longer shift (1 month on | 1 month off).
