A family of five, in Longmont, CO, needs to hire to hire a live-in or live-out Teacher/Nanny for their 6 and 4 year old children. Responsibilities include: Preparing lessons, units and projects to complete learning objectives; adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the children’s interests and learning styles; creating and grading various assessments including tests, quizzes, essays and projects, working with the children one-on-one when they need extra help or attention, tracking and evaluating the children’s academic progress, managing the children’s behavior and creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment, communicating regularly with parents and helping the children improve study methods and habit and driving them to various activities. Travelling with the family domestically and internationally for extended periods of time would be a bonus. The schedule is: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Salary: 150k and health insurance stipend. Private bedroom and bathroom provided. Immediate start.
