A lovely, busy family based in Battersea (SW11) is looking for an experienced daily nanny to care for their two young children, a toddler aged 2 and a baby of 6 months. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:00am–7:00pm, ideally suited to someone who is confident managing both age groups and enjoys working in a warm, hands-on household. The parents are looking for a nanny who feels comfortable taking initiative, keeping routines running smoothly, and bringing a calm but engaging energy to the day.
This is a role for someone who truly understands early years care — from the newborn stage through to toddler development. You’ll be responsible for creating a structured, nurturing environment where both children can thrive, while also supporting the natural chaos that comes with two little ones at different stages. The family would love someone who enjoys getting out and about, finding local classes and activities, and keeping the children stimulated and happy. Occasional travel with the family may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining consistent daily routines for both children (baby and toddler)
Full nursery duties for both children, including organisation and tidiness
Preparing healthy meals and supporting weaning for the baby
Planning and supporting age-appropriate developmental activities
Encouraging learning through play, interaction, and structured routines
Researching and attending local classes, groups, and activities
Ensuring both children’s belongings, rooms, and equipment are kept organised
Supporting healthy sleep routines and transitions throughout the day
Occasional travel with the family when required
