A private family with homes in London, the Cotswolds, and Italy is seeking an experienced ROTA nanny to care for their 1-year-old child. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the child’s care, including maintaining consistent routines, supporting developmental milestones, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, and creating a nurturing environment that encourages learning through play. The ideal nanny will be confident caring for toddlers, adaptable to different settings, and comfortable travelling between the family’s residences. A flexible and positive attitude is essential, as the role involves regular travel within the UK and internationally.
This position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. The family is seeking a long-term nanny who can become a trusted and consistent presence in their child’s life. A competitive salary of £80,000+ per annum is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
Proven experience caring for toddlers in private households
Previous ROTA nanny experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones
Experience planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
Flexible and comfortable travelling regularly between residences and internationally
Professional, discreet, and highly organised approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, nurturing, and proactive personality
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
