A highly experienced ROTA Nanny is sought for an international UHNW family based between London, Spain, and Monaco to support the care and development of their 8-year-old daughter. This is a fully staffed household environment, and the family is looking for a warm, polished, and discreet professional who is confident working collaboratively alongside household staff, tutors, and wider support teams. The position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota schedule, with full flexibility required while on duty and extensive international travel throughout the year.
The nanny will be responsible for sole-charge care, supporting the child’s educational development, maintaining routines, assisting with schoolwork, and encouraging strong English communication skills, as English is the child’s primary language of education. The role also includes organising engaging age-appropriate activities, coordinating travel preparation and packing, and helping ensure smooth transitions between the family’s various residences and international schedules. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, calm under pressure, and experienced navigating different environments and time zones with professionalism and discretion.
