A family residing in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and qualified mandarin speaking nanny for the care and education of their two children, a girl aged 3 and a boy almost 2 years old. The focus of the role will be to create a safe, happy, and engaging environment, carrying out age-appropriate activities which will support their overall well-being and development of the Mandarin language through both indoor and outdoor activities and games. They are a very active and energetic family, therefore a nanny who enjoys being on the move and has a similar mindset would work well in this role.
This is a fully staffed household, whereby the nanny will be working alongside another nanny, housekeeper, chef, and driver. A team player who is flexible and ready to offer a helping hand when needed is wanted. The working hours will be 12 hours daily, 3 days on and 3 days off rota, 12 hours per day. Food is provided during your working hours whilst at the family home. The family have an apartment close to their home so accommodation is provided.
They travel pretty frequently throughout the year and sometimes at short notice. Therefore, a Nanny who enjoys travel and can assist with organising and packing at short notice is preferred. All work-related travel expenses including flights, accommodation, visas, and travel insurance will be covered by the family.
The salary on offer is 1000-1200 euros per week which will be paid into a Cypriot bank account. The family is ready to start interviewing potential candidates now and wants someone to start ASAP after a successful interview.
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin
Childcare qualifications preferred
Minimum 3 years of professional or personal experience.
First Aid Certificate (in date)
Excellent contactable recent working references
Teaching background or assisting teaching.
Police check/DBS clear
