The mother is hands-on and present except during travel, and the family has an older child with their own dedicated nanny, so the successful candidate must be confident working collaboratively within a professional household team. This role requires prior overseas experience and the ability to take sole responsibility for the baby when the parents are away, while maintaining clear communication regarding the infant’s progress with the current nanny, who will cover shifts during time off. The primary focus is to establish a consistent daytime routine and promote healthy sleep habits from an early stage, supporting feeding schedules, developmental milestones, and overall newborn wellbeing. The schedule is 6 days per week, 20 hours per day with a 4-hour break, and salary is £400 per day.
