A family in Leesburg, Virginia is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 3 years and 3 months, ideal for a nurturing and experienced caregiver who values developmental engagement and enjoys supporting both an infant and a preschooler.
Responsibilities include providing attentive, loving care for both children; managing feeding routines (including bottles), naps, and developmental milestones for the infant; and engaging the 3-year-old in age-appropriate activities such as music, reading, outdoor play, and enrichment outings. The nanny will foster a structured, screen-free environment that encourages curiosity and early learning, prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, and assist with school drop-off and pick-up beginning in late August. Additional responsibilities include occasional weekend coverage and date nights with advance notice, as well as domestic and international travel with the family 1–2 times per year.
The nanny must have a reliable personal vehicle and use their own car on the job (parking available). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Compensation: $30–$35/hour.
