Family in Lausanne Switzerland is seeking a full-time live-in nanny to care for a 9-month-old baby, and a newborn expected in February. This dynamic position focuses on early childhood development, daily routines, and providing hands-on support during a crucial stage in the family’s life. The nanny will work closely with the mother to ensure a loving, structured, and enriching environment for the children.
Responsabiilities:
• Care for the 9-month-old and, later, the newborn
• Provide age-appropriate and stimulating activities
• Support sensory, motor, and language development
• Establish and maintain healthy daily routines
• Assist with feeding, naps, hygiene, and diaper changes
• Travel with the family when needed
• Collaborate closely with the mother on daily care
Requirements :
• Solid experience with infants and young children
• Strong understanding of child development
• Fluent in English
• Highly flexible and adaptable
Conditions :
• Full-time live-in position, with flexible working hours
• 1–2 days off per week, depending on the family’s needs
• Occasional extra hours, compensated accordingly
