A bilingual family based in Las Vegas is looking for a confident, Russian-speaking nanny to care for their two children, aged 3 and 5. The parents are hands-on but busy, so they’re hoping to find someone who can step in naturally, keeping the days running smoothly while making sure the children feel supported, engaged, and happy.
The role covers a mix of practical support and developmental care. You’ll be involved in everything from school and activity drop-offs to creating fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and curiosity. Russian language exposure is an important part of the role, so confidence in speaking and incorporating it into everyday interactions is key. The family would love someone adaptable and easygoing, who’s equally comfortable managing routines and going with the flow when plans change. There’s also a travel component — both within the U.S. and internationally — so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily routines for two children (ages 3 and 5)
School and activity drop-offs and pick-ups
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Handling children’s laundry and keeping their spaces organised
Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities and play
Supporting early learning and homework where appropriate
Encouraging and maintaining Russian language development
Assisting with general organisation of the children’s schedules
Travelling with the family domestically and internationally as required
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (45–50 hours per week depending on the parents’ schedules). The family is offering a competitive salary of $100,000–$140,000 gross per year, depending on experience, along with relocation assistance for candidates holding a U.S. passport or Green Card.
