A couple based in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to support them primarily overnight for the first four months following the arrival of their baby, allowing the parents to rest, recover, and be fully present during the day. This is a four-month contract commencing in late October, working approximately 7:00pm to 7:00am, seven nights per week.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in newborn care within fully staffed households and be confident supporting early feeding routines, including assisting with establishing breastfeeding where appropriate, as well as managing all overnight care needs such as soothing, diapering, feeding support, and maintaining detailed sleep and care logs. The role will also include preparing and organising the nursery ahead of time, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations on essential newborn items and setup to support a smooth transition for the family. Domestic travel will be required, and housing can be provided for the duration of the contract.
This position is open to all candidates eligible to work in the US and is not suitable for overseas applicants entering the US on an ESTA.
