A busy family in Lake Oswego, Oregon is seeking a full-time live-out nanny to care for their three children, ages 5, 3, and 1. This Monday through Friday position runs approximately from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is ideal for an experienced childcare professional who enjoys creating structure, supporting early learning, and helping a household run smoothly.
The nanny will be responsible for full childcare duties, including school support and homework help, engaging the children in fun and age-appropriate activities, preparing children’s meals, and assisting with daily routines. The family values a proactive and organized candidate who can confidently balance nurturing care with educational support and developmental engagement. Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred, especially for candidates who can bring creativity and patience into daily learning opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include tidying up after the children, light housekeeping related to the children’s areas, and helping maintain an organized household environment. The family is also looking for someone flexible and travel-ready, as occasional travel will be required.
Compensation is offered at $35–40 per hour, depending on experience.
