VIP family near Lake Constance is looking for an English/French, German or Italian native speaking Nanny to look after their 4 children (aged 10, 9, 5 and 4).
Responsibilities:
Provide childcare for 4 children (aged 10, 9, 5 and 4).
Collaborate with other household staff members, including nannies, butlers, drivers, chefs, and housekeepers, in a team of 20-25 people.
Implement engaging and educational activities, outdoor play, pool and garden activities, arts and crafts, reading, and puzzles.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children at all times.
Occasionally assist with children’s meal preparation and feeding.
Maintain the family’s schedule and routines for the children.
Accompanied children to appointments, extracurricular activities, and outings as required.
Foster positive relationships with children and act as a role model.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily activities.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of children’s spaces, including bedrooms and play areas.
General housekeeping of the 3rd floor, including all children’s areas, children’s kitchen, guest rooms, sauna, massage room and gym.
Requirements:
Prior experience in childcare – kindergarten, nanny, teacher, etc.
Prior experience in housekeeping.
Excellent references demonstrating reliability, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude.
Native proficiency in English, German, French, or Italian.
Ability to work collaboratively within a large household team, but also willing to be independent and make decisions alone.
Flexibility to work as needed – 5 days on 2 days off.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
CPR and first aid certification (preferred but not required).
Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Legal authorization to work in Germany
