A family in Lake Como, Italy is seeking an experienced Nanny to care for their newborn baby, with a start date in April. Responsibilities include providing full newborn care, establishing healthy feeding and sleep routines, and supporting physical, cognitive, and emotional milestones through structured play and gentle stimulation. The nanny should be confident offering guidance on development while working collaboratively alongside a parent in the home. A warm, professional manner and strong communication skills are essential to ensure consistency and a positive team dynamic.
Candidates must have native or near-native level English, proven experience caring for babies of a similar age, and hold an EU passport. This position offers 8–10 hours per day, 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off. Live-in accommodation can be provided if required. The family is offering a competitive salary of €4,000–€5,000 net per month, depending on experience.
