A busy professional family based in Ladera Ranch is seeking a full-time experienced nanny to care for their 2-month-old baby in a long-term weekday role. The parents both work from home in separate offices and are looking for a calm, confident and highly experienced nanny who can provide dedicated newborn care while maintaining a structured and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with newborns and infants, and newborn care certifications are highly valued, along with strong knowledge of early developmental milestones and infant routines.
Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care such as feeding support, establishing and maintaining sleep and nap schedules, bottle preparation and sterilisation, soothing and settling, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and ensuring the baby’s environment is safe, clean and well organised. The family is seeking someone proactive, reliable and professional who can confidently support the baby’s early growth and development while working closely alongside parents in a supportive home environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
Compensation: $30–$33 per hour depending on experience.
