A family based in Ladbroke Grove, London W10 is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their baby girl in a long-term live-in or live-out role. The family is open to bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak French or German, and is looking for someone knowledgeable in child development with a genuine passion for supporting early years learning and milestones. Candidates with experience or interest in approaches such as Montessori and development-led childcare will be highly valued.
The role involves all aspects of baby care, including maintaining routines, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, encouraging developmental progress through play and interaction, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for the child to thrive. The nanny will also be expected to assist with light housekeeping related to the baby, including managing the baby’s laundry, keeping her room and belongings organised, and generally being helpful around the home. Flexibility to travel with the family is essential.
This position is 5 days per week, working approximately 10–12 hours per day, with accommodation provided for live-in candidates in the form of a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home. The salary offered is between £40,000 and £60,000 per year depending on experience and suitability.
