A welcoming family are searching for a nanny to assist with the education and care of their two children aged 4.5 and 2.5 years old. The family are expecting a 3rd baby in June 2022, the mother will be at home for the first 7 months with the baby.
The ideal start date will between July 2022 – start of August 2022.
The family are based near the lake so predominantly in the countryside but with close distance to towns via train/car.
Working hours: 42-45 per week, Monday – Friday + 1 time babysitting per month.
Secure driver required. A car is provided for nanny duties.
Language requirements: An native English speaking nanny is required.
Duties: Taking care of all aspects to do with the care of the two older children with a focus on the children`s development particularly. The family has a housekeeper who takes care of cooking, cleaning and laundry for the children.
Both kids attend education settings mostly from 8am-12pm , the older for 5 days per week and the younger for 2-3 days per week. The nanny will be asked to take the younger child to swimming classes and the playgroup on the remaining weekdays. Both children like attending activities and enjoy going into Zurich for fun outings and activities. The eldest does attend some after school clubs for swimming, tennis and ballet. They are both well behaved children who enjoy being active, like speaking in English and are generally very nice children.
This position would suit a nanny who likes being outside, who is active, easy going and confident and can be a great role model to the children. A nanny who is happy to take care of the baby from time to time to give mum time with her older children is required and eventually there will be times when the nanny is with all 3 children once the baby is older.
Accommodation: The family provide a separate studio accommodation for the nanny within walking distance from their home.
Salary: A salary equivalent of £3,440 net per month can be offered.
Travel: The nanny can be asked to travel with the family during holidays.
Annual Leave: 4 weeks of holiday days will be given + extra days free between December 23rd and January 2nd along with bank holidays.
An English speaker with permission to work in the EU already is required.
