A private family in Knightsbridge is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking baby nanny to provide high-quality care and support first-time parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant development, baby routines, and the changing needs of a young child. The role will focus on all aspects of baby care, including establishing and maintaining suitable routines for feeding, naps, sleep, play, and outings. The nanny should be confident guiding parents through the practical side of newborn and infant care while offering calm, professional support as they settle into family life. Age-appropriate activities will form part of the daily routine, with a focus on early development, sensory play, tummy time, books, music, and plenty of interaction. Fluent Russian and good English are essential for the position. The family is looking for someone warm, discreet, reliable, and confident who understands the importance of consistency and responsive care during the early stages of a child’s development.
The position is Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week.
The salary is £55,000–£70,000+ gross per year, depending on experience.
Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS, valid Paediatric First Aid, and the right to work in the UK. The successful candidate must also be a non-smoker.
