A HNW family based in Kensington, London is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to join their established household team and help care for their three children, aged 7, 5, and 1. While all three children are part of the role, your primary focus will be the family’s one-year-old daughter, ensuring she receives attentive, developmentally focused care during these important early years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working in a fully staffed household and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The family travels extensively throughout Europe, including regular ski holidays, so they are looking for someone who is flexible, energetic, and comfortable adapting to different locations while maintaining consistency in the children’s routines. You’ll play an important role in supporting the children’s daily schedules, encouraging their development, and providing seamless care both at home and while travelling.
The successful candidate will ideally be available to start before September 2026 and is looking for a long-term position with a warm, welcoming family.
Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the daily care, routines, and development of the family’s one-year-old daughter
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
Support the 7 and 5-year-old with school preparation, homework, after-school routines, hygiene, and bedtime
Maintain consistent routines and provide a calm, nurturing environment
Occasionally sleep in the baby’s room, particularly while travelling
Take sole charge of all three children overnight when both parents are away
Travel extensively with the family throughout Europe, including ski holidays
Work collaboratively with the family’s household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, milestones, and daily updates
Requirements:
Previous experience as a ROTA Nanny or within a fully staffed private household
Strong infant and early years childcare experience
Confident caring for multiple children of different ages
Native Spanish or French speaker with a good level of English preferred
Flexible and enthusiastic about frequent European travel
Comfortable providing overnight care when required
Full, clean driving licence preferred
Professional, discreet, proactive, and an excellent team player
Outstanding references from previous employers
