A high-net-worth family in Kensington, London is seeking an experienced and professional French-speaking Rota Live-In Nanny to care for their baby and toddler. This role is ideal for a childcare professional who is passionate about early childhood development and confident working in a shared-care environment, as both parents are highly involved and often work from home. The family is looking for a warm, discreet, and adaptable nanny who can support quality family time while maintaining structure, consistency, and a nurturing atmosphere.
The nanny will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the children’s daily routines, including feeding, sleep, hygiene, and developmentally appropriate activities. A strong understanding of sleep training, including overnight care, is essential, as well as the ability to plan nutritious meals and create engaging weekly menus. Additional duties include organising stimulating activities, supporting developmental milestones, accompanying the children to classes and outings, and maintaining detailed communication with the parents. The nanny will also manage the children’s bedrooms, wardrobes, and supplies, ensuring a safe, tidy, and well-organised environment at all times.
This is a 24/7 rota live-in nanny position, working in rotation with another nanny within a fully staffed household. The role includes international travel to Europe and the USA approximately three times per year, so flexibility and travel experience are essential. The position starts in June start and offers a salary of up to £80,000 gross per annum DOE.
