A private family based in Kensington is seeking an experienced and professional ROTA nanny to care for their two young children, aged 4 and 1. This is a long-term position working on a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, providing full 24/7 cover during working weeks. The family is looking for a calm, organised, and nurturing candidate who is confident managing both toddler and preschool-aged routines while maintaining a warm and structured environment in the home.
Responsibilities will include all nursery and childcare duties, supporting developmental milestones, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, and maintaining consistent daily routines. The nanny will oversee school and nursery schedules, prepare healthy meals for the children, organise their belongings and bedrooms, and provide attentive care throughout the day and night while on rota. The ideal candidate is flexible, discreet, and experienced in high-standard private household environments, with a proactive approach and genuine passion for childcare.
During working weeks, the nanny will have access to a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home to ensure comfort and privacy. This role offers £60,000 gross per annum.
