A family based in Kensington is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their four school-aged children, aged 5 to 11. The family is hoping to find someone calm, organised, and confident managing a busy household with multiple children, while keeping things feeling fun, structured, and stress-free.
The role is very much focused on supporting the children’s daily routines and helping the household run smoothly. From school mornings through to after-school activities and evening wind-down, the nanny will play a key role in keeping everything on track. The family would love someone who enjoys being hands-on, can juggle different ages and personalities, and is comfortable stepping into a rhythm where no two days look exactly the same. Occasional travel with the family is also required.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with school mornings, preparations, and ensuring children are ready for the day
School drop-offs and pick-ups where needed
Supervising after-school activities, play, and homework support
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for four children
Helping maintain smooth and consistent daily routines across a busy household
Encouraging good manners, independence, and positive behaviour
Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas, and shared spaces tidy and organised
Managing children’s laundry and school-related organisation
Planning and supervising age-appropriate activities and outings
Accompanying the family on occasional travel and providing childcare support while away
Schedule: 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Salary: £60,000 per year
