A warm, discreet, high-profile family based in Istanbul is seeking an experienced, career live-in Nanny to work in close partnership with a hands-on mother, caring for their 15-month-old daughter. This is a shared-care position within a fully staffed household; your sole focus will be the child, her routines, development, and providing seamless, intuitive support to mum.
The ideal candidate is calm, polished, and naturally professional, with an impeccable presentation and a strong sense of order. You genuinely enjoy structure, take pride in precision, and are highly organised. You are confident managing wardrobes by size and season, colour-coding and labelling, maintaining inventories, and keeping the nursery in pristine condition at all times. You communicate clearly, anticipate needs without prompting, and bring a warm, nurturing presence to the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Work in partnership with mum on all aspects of daily care, routines, and developmental milestones
• Plan and implement stimulating, age-appropriate play and sensory activities
• Maintain an immaculate nursery: organise and label clothing, manage laundry, kit bags, and supplies
• Accompany mum on outings and appointments
• Travel with the family when required (USA, UK, Europe)
• Light mealtime tidy-up when needed, particularly at weekends
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience with infants and toddlers
• Fluent English
• Discreet, reliable, and highly trustworthy
• Non-smoker with a healthy lifestyle
• Valid Paediatric First Aid and Infant CPR
• Fully flexible and willing to travel internationally
Package
• Live-in position with a private en-suite bedroom on a separate floor
• Competitive salary of €6,500 net per month, plus a sign-on bonus payable after a successful two-week trial
• Three weeks’ paid annual leave
