A private family based in Ibiza, Spain is seeking an Italian-speaking live-in nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for their 1-year-old child. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating structured, loving routines in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
The ideal candidate will be confident planning stimulating activities, supporting developmental milestones, and maintaining consistent daily routines that help a young child thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time care for a 1-year-old child
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting early development, including play, sensory stimulation, and motor skills
Encourage language development through Italian language immersion
Establish and maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, and bedtime
Support emotional wellbeing and early social development
Maintain a safe, calm, and nurturing environment
Assist with child-related tasks and keep the child’s areas organised
Schedule & Compensation:

50 hours per week

Salary: €48,000 per year
