A family based in Houston, Texas, with additional residences in Whitefish, Montana and Florida, is looking for an experienced live-in travel nanny to care for their happy and curious 2-year-old child. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers, loves creating fun learning experiences, and is excited to travel with the family throughout the year. The family values a nanny who is organized, dependable, and brings a calm, positive presence to their home.
This role is primarily child-focused, with light household support related to the child and maintaining an organized environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and enjoys helping a young child learn through play, exploration, and everyday routines.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 2-year-old child.
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
Take the child to parks, classes, playdates, and other outings.
Maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities.
Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the child.
Complete the child’s laundry and keep clothing organized.
Organize and maintain the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings.
Assist with light household organization projects as needed.
Travel with the family between their homes in Houston, Whitefish, and Florida.
A private bedroom and bathroom are provided at each residence, and the schedule is 40–50 hours per week with two days off. Compensation is $30 per hour.
