Rota Nanny – Holland Park, London
A professional family based in Holland Park, London is seeking a dynamic Rota Nanny to join their household team and care for their three children, aged 6, 3, and 2. The role involves working collaboratively alongside experienced household staff to provide high-quality care, structure, and enrichment for the children.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organized, and confident caregiver with a strong background in toddler and school-aged care. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the family regularly spends time at their homes abroad. Applicants must hold a UK or EU passport to accommodate travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and developmentally appropriate care for three children aged 6, 3, and 2

Work collaboratively with other experienced household staff

Take a proxy parenting role when required

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for all children

Support routines including meals, naps, homework, and bedtime

Assist with light child-related housekeeping such as laundry, toy organization, and wardrobe maintenance

Travel with the family as needed, maintaining consistency of care and routines
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Accommodation: Private bedroom on the same floor as the children, with access to a shared bathroom
Salary: £70,000 gross per annum
Start Date: Early February 2026
