A family in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to care for their three children aged 7, 6, and 5, with regular international travel throughout the year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working with school-aged children and can support their routines, learning, and development in a structured yet engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and organised, with the ability to plan enriching activities that encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities include supporting the children’s daily routines, assisting with homework and school projects, organising fun and educational activities, and arranging outings, playdates, and outdoor adventures. The nanny will also encourage good manners, independence, and positive behaviour while ensuring the children’s wellbeing at all times. The role is within a fully staffed household, so the ability to collaborate professionally with other household staff is essential. International travel with the family will be required throughout the year.
A confident driver is required, with automatic cars supplied for professional use. A childcare or education background is preferred.
The position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota schedule, with private cottage accommodation provided during working weeks.
