A lovely family based in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a professional, experienced full-time nanny to provide sole charge care for their 1-year-old child. This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing, proactive, and organised nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a warm, structured environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, and maintaining an organised and child-focused routine. Occasional travel may be required, and a work-use car will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sole charge care for a 1-year-old child
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to support development
Encourage learning through play, reading, outdoor time, and creative activities
Prepare and cook healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals for the child
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the child’s bedroom, playroom, clothes, and toys
Establish and maintain consistent daily routines
Travel occasionally with the family as required
Requirements:
Proven experience caring for toddlers in a private household
Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities
Organised, tidy, and proactive approach
Confident driver (car provided for work use)
Warm, reliable, and professional
Schedule & Salary:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:30pm
£40,000 – £43,000 gross per annum
