A bilingual family in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking nanny to care for their newborn baby. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and is ideal for a nurturing, developmentally focused caregiver who is passionate about early childhood care and familiar with Russian language and culture. The family is looking for someone warm, attentive, and highly reliable who can become a trusted long-term support in their child’s early years.
Responsibilities include providing loving, attentive newborn care, supporting healthy developmental milestones, and establishing age-appropriate routines as the baby grows. The nanny will also prepare healthy meals for the child in later stages, handle children’s laundry, maintain organisation of the nursery and child-related items, and assist with light tidying related to the baby. As the child becomes older and more active, the role will involve planning enriching outings throughout New York City, including parks, museums, and educational activities. The ideal candidate communicates openly, values professionalism, and brings a calm, positive presence to the household.
Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
