A warm and busy family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for three young children—a toddler (nearly 3 years old), an 18-month-old, and a newborn due in June—in a nanny-only role focused on high-quality, developmentally appropriate childcare. This position involves sole-charge care for much of the day, with some shared care, and is ideal for an experienced nanny who thrives in structured routines, enjoys outdoor play, and supports early learning through age-appropriate, school-style activities. Responsibilities include providing attentive care for all three children, safely managing the transition to caring for a newborn, maintaining consistent daily routines, planning engaging indoor and outdoor activities, and supporting each child’s emotional and developmental wellbeing. Additional duties include preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children, children’s laundry, tidying and organising children’s spaces, and driving the children to nursery and activities as needed; therefore, a confident and safe driver with a full UK driving licence and own car is essential. Mum works from home, so the nanny must be comfortable working independently while collaborating when required. The role is Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–6:30pm, and offers a competitive salary of £50,000 gross per year.
