A family in the Hamptons, NY is seeking a warm, engaging French-speaking nanny / early childhood teacher to care for two young girls, aged 3 and 4, from early June through mid-August. This is a full-time position, with a focus on creating a natural and immersive French-language environment throughout the day. The ideal candidate will confidently speak French with the children at all times and use everyday routines, play, and conversation to support language learning in an organic way.
The role is centered around fun, developmentally appropriate engagement through play-based learning, songs, books, and creative activities. A background in education or early childhood development is essential, along with a genuine passion for working with young children in a nurturing, structured, and playful setting.
The family prefers a live-out arrangement, though live-in may be considered for the right candidate.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; unfortunately, candidates entering the United States on an ESTA cannot be considered.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
