A family in Green Hills, TN is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their newborn, with a strong focus on confident infant care and supporting early developmental milestones. The role includes managing all aspects of daily care such as feeding, diapering, soothing, and maintaining structured routines that encourage healthy sleep habits and overall wellbeing. The nanny will plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities, including sensory play, and support early learning through gentle, interactive engagement. Responsibilities also include tracking developmental milestones, keeping baby spaces organized, handling bottles and baby laundry, and maintaining cleanliness of all child-related areas. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in newborn care, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative with age-appropriate classes, outings, and enrichment activities as the baby grows.
