A family based in Fulham is looking for a Polish-speaking Nanny to care for their baby and young child in a full-time Monday to Friday role. The family is hoping to find someone experienced, gentle, and genuinely passionate about early childhood care, someone who understands how important consistency, patience, and emotional security are during the early years.
This role is very hands-on and suits a nanny who enjoys being fully involved in a child’s daily rhythm, from the small routines to the big developmental milestones. A calm, reassuring approach is essential, along with confidence in supporting babies and young children through their everyday needs while also creating a nurturing and engaging environment at home.
Responsibilities:
Assist with nappy changes and bottle preparation for the baby
Support bathing routines and maintain high standards of hygiene
Engage the child in interactive play, sensory activities, and age-appropriate learning
Organise outdoor outings such as park visits and fresh air activities
Encourage early literacy through reading books and storytelling
Support early development and learning milestones through daily interaction
Maintain consistent daily routines that provide structure and stability
Provide a calm, nurturing, and emotionally supportive environment
Requirements:
Native or bilingual Polish speaker
Previous experience caring for babies and young children in a similar role
A gentle, patient, and attentive approach to childcare
Strong understanding of early childhood development and routines
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
Salary: £20 gross per hour
