With both parents balancing demanding jobs—splitting time between home and the office—they are looking for a confident, reliable, and nurturing professional capable of taking full sole-charge responsibility during the day. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with infants, a strong understanding of developmental milestones, and the ability to create a safe, stimulating, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Full sole-charge care of a 6-month-old, including feeding, changing, and monitoring sleep routines

Following the baby’s daily schedule and routines

Planning and preparing age-appropriate learning and development activities

Attending local baby groups, classes, and playdates, including access to a family membership club

Daily walks and outings to parks and outdoor spaces

Supporting weaning and preparing healthy meals and snacks for the baby

Managing all nursery-related duties including laundry, tidying, and organization
Requirements:

Proven experience caring for infants in a sole-charge setting

Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and early childhood education

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage full-day sole-charge responsibilities

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, approximately 55 hours per week
